REAMIT: “Improving Resources Efficiency of Agribusiness supply chains by Minimizing waste using Internet of Things sensors”.

The REAMIT is co-funded by Interreg North-West Europe Programme. Currently it is running in 5 countries, UK, Ireland, France, Germany and Netherlands, implemented by 12 partners and 6 associate partners.

Munster Technological University (Kerry) is collaborating with REAMIT partners across 5 countries in North-West Europe as a data analytics partner, supporting the analysis of a variety of data and helping establish a decision support framework to take proactive corrective actions.

MTU Kerry is supporting REAMIT partner companies to reduce food waste and monitor supply chains using IoT sensors and data analysis techniques. Data is being collected and analysed to have informed decision making.
