NemedNuada

Business Need:

To tailor an app to its own requirements, NemedNuada needed to capture the sensor data from a smart watch, identify and document the exposed Bluetooth Low Energy services running on it.

Solution:

IMaR used a smart watch and Android phone to generate data frames over Bluetooth Low Energy, and set up a sniffer device connected to a computer to capture data passing between the smart watch and smartphone. The smartphone app provided by the smartwatch manufacturer and other generic apps were used. IMaR then analysed the captured data to identify and document as many services as could be detected.
